Michael Harris Cohen’s work has been published in various magazines and anthologies including Litro, Havok, and Conjunctions (web). He is the winner of Mixer’s “Sex Violence and Satire” contest as well as the Modern Grimmoire Literary prize. He is the recipient of a Fulbright grant for literary translation and fellowships from the Atlantic Center for the Arts, The Djerassi Foundation and Jentel Artist’s Residency. In the fall of 2017 he will be a resident at the OMI International Arts Center for Writers. His first book, The Eyes, was published in 2013. He lives with his wife and two daughters and teaches creative writing and literature at the American University in Bulgaria.
